Application for Membership

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I have read and fully understand the Guidelines and Policies document, agree to its contents, and accept them as a condition for joining and remaining in the Arizona Trailblazers Hiking Club, Inc. I further understand that not adhering to, or disregarding, any of the policies of the above mentioned document may be grounds for my dismissal and removal from the Arizona Trailblazers Hiking Club. Membership dues are $30 annually for single members and $40 for families. Dues entitle you to full membership privileges in the Arizona Trailblazers Hiking Club. You may pay in cash or with a check made out to The Arizona Trailblazers Hiking Club. Membership dues may be paid at any of our bi-monthly club meetings, given to the hike leader at any club event or use Zelle.
