Green forests, a grassy alpine meadow, wildflowers, and remarkable views
await you on this late summer hike.
We’ll walk a round trip to the Dry Lake Hills from Sunset Trailhead
to visit a scenic overlook atop the Rocky Ridge.
Long ball hitters can then complete the Sunset-Brookbank Loop counterclockwise on the Brookbank and Sunset Trails.
September 9 is also the annual Arizona Trail Days celebration at Buffalo Park in Flagstaff. We could go there afterwards.
