the hike |
This loop will provide unparalleled panoramic views of the Sedona area.
We will stop often for the jaw dropping views of Bell Rock, Courthouse
Butte, Cathedral, and other beautiful rock formations surrounding.
So bring your camera.
This hike will start at Yavapai Vista trailhead. We hike the Yavapai Trail to reach the Hiline Trail. Turn right on Baldwin Trail and hike Templeton Trail back to Yavapai trailhead. At this time of the year we will enjoy the spectacular fall color along Templeton Trail. Most of the trails are well maintained, with many minor ups-downs. Only at mile 3 of Hiline Trail, the trail is steep and rocky for about 0.2 miles. This is the slow-moderate paced hike. All hikers must stay together and wait for the group before making a turn. Required: • Sturdy hiking boots • At least 3 liters of water • Hat, sunblock, sunglasses Recommended: • Lunch or snacks • Camera • Your smiles :) |
