the hike |
Once a ranchman’s cattle trail, the Jacks Canyon Trail takes you to the
inspiring and seldom-seen back country of Sedona’s Munds Mountain Wilderness.
We’ll get there from above, by way of the Schnebly Hill Trail starting at
Munds Wagon Trailhead. Bring your camera.
This hike is described in Magnum, Richard and Sherry, Sedona Hikes
(9th ed), Hexagon Press, Flagstaff, AZ, 2008, pages 194-195 and 120-121.
