Secret Double Secret Day Hike

where Sedona
the hike     Hike leaders know the routine, and participants generally appreciate, the process of planning a hike. You select the route, scout or at least research the terrain, and notify those interested exactly where they will be following. Indeed, I did plot the trails and will scout (more than once) the terrain. However, you are going to have to trust me as I am keeping the exact two separate destinations a secret until we arrive at each. Hence the hike is named secret double secret.
For the majority of the distance, we will be on USFS trails some of which the group covered on the Fool’s Canyon event in May 2020 (but in the opposite direction so it’s almost like new). To arrive at our secret locations, we will veer off trail relatively short distances to isolated retreats, offering unique explorations and incredible views. Technically, there will be some moderate bushwhack ascents and rock scrambling but these minor barriers are gradual and brief.
After visiting both of these geological revelations, we are not done! On the way back to the starting point we will traverse a trall that has the following sign at its origin: sign
