Wilson Mountain Barrelhouse Day Hike

the hike |
A colorful rock formation on the western slopes of Wilson Mountain looks
remarkably like a row of barrels. On this off-trail adventure we'll
climb up to the barrels, or as close as we can get, then visit nearby
Angel Falls, a scenic box canyon with two waterfalls. Come prepared for
boulder scrambling, bushwhacking (through non-prickly manzanita), and
rock hopping in Sedona's spectacular red rock country! Bring plenty of
water, as the barrels contain only rock.
