Please join us on this early morning exercise hike. We’ll hike the Dixie Mountain
Loop and the Valley Verde Trail, Cactus Wren loop and the Desert Tortoise Trail to
Hawk’s Nest to make it a bit longer. The trails are very well marked.
We should see some hot air balloons.

• Sturdy hiking boots
• At least 3 liters of water
• Hat, sunblock, sunglasses
|distance||8.2 miles; however, for those wishing a shorter hike, you can cut off at about 6 miles.|

|type||Double-headed lollipop: 3 mile partial loop then we take a trail to a 2.4 mile loop and hike back, making for a hike of just over 8 miles (longer version).|
