I’ve told myself that if I lead any hike Chuck has led before,
I won’t write a trip report, because his report is very detailed and clearly
about the trail.
I led the same hike he did in 2011, this time with 25 hikers.
On this particular weekend the park has Heritage Days.
So there is no entrance fee, no reservation for the hike.
This is a new kind of report.
I’ll post reviews and pictures from other hikers.
If anyone asks me about the trail I’ll say
“Nothing has changed. It’s the same as in
Chuck’s report.”

Bill:

Kari:
What a beautiful hike that you planned!
Thank you so much for all the effort you put into this.
It was absolutely wonderful.
I appreciate the photos of my grandkids and all the photos of the group.
It was probably one of the best hikes I’ve been on.
It was really really nice to see the wildflowers and very educational and just
a beautiful ride.
