| the hike |
Something different. Something new.
Join me on an exploratory hike (sort of). Start out in the pines from the
campground at Timber Camp Mountain.
Hike forest road 360 to an overlook at the end.
I expect to gaze at Hess Canyon below and the vast expanse of the
Salt River Canyon with Zimmerman Point and Four Peaks in the distance.
Bill had previously did a bushwhack loop to the mountain overlooks. We will be at 5700 feet to 6300 feet, so depending on tree cover it may get warm. If some a wanting for more exercise depending on time and temperature, we might climb the road to the towers on Carol Spring Mountain |
