There are many choices of trails starting at the Gateway Trailhead.
Billie Horn will lead us on a 4-mile upside down lollipop configuration consisting of Desert Park, Horseshoe, Gateway Loop, and Saguaro Trails. Elevation gain will be approximately 500' on the “stick” of the lollipop. The Sonoran Preserve is lush green and the vegetation is responding to the recent rains which brought life to the dry desert. |
