Adero Canyon Ridgeline trail is a < 4-mile out and back trail. The trail is well groomed but does have loose scree. This trail is a mix of up and down with great views. There are options on the trail not listed in AllTrails. A 1mile Lower Ridgeline Loop from R2-R4 and a 0.5 mile spur to an overlook. We will do the spur – the view and the map of the names of distant hills is soooo worth it. The Overlook portion of the hike is also a hike included in the SHORT Challenge. The Lower Ridgeline will be optional or decided by the group.
