True history of this box: Resided for years at 9843 Hammer Rd, Lynden, WA, 98264. Once barreled over by a green John Deer tractor, driven by and East Indian. Repaired and replaced. On Sept 10, 1994, was nearly distroyed by a white Chev 1978 sedan driven by a drunk Guatemalan. Was retired, reshaped and relocated at this spot where it is believed to be relatively safe from either.

The trailhead can be found at the end of a mining road, near a mineshaft, a short distance from the parking lot. From here the trail ascends at a moderate rate through scenic Sonoran panoramas as it makes its way to the base of the mountain.

At the mountain base the rate of ascent increases as the trail takes you around the many cliff lines encountered on your way to the summit. The route provides a small amount of exposure and is similar in difficulty to Camelback Mountain.
